Gala has hosted six special preview screenings of Planes 2: Fire & Rescue in Dublin, Galway, Cork, Laois, Limerick, Leitrim, and Wexford, as part of its ongoing partnership with Disney.
The Gala preview screenings offered families across Ireland a chance to be among the first to see the film before it goes live nationwide on August 8th. A number of fans of the Gala Facebook page (www.facebook.com/galaretail) joined ticket winners from local radio stations at the special pre-screenings.
At each screening, Gala goody bags were provided for each guest to enjoy during the film. The Dublin premiere of the film, which stars Dane Cook (as word famous air racer Dusty) and Julie Bowen (as super scooper Dipper) as the ‘voices’ of the lead characters, also saw Gala provide goody bags to guests.
The Gala Facebook page has grown its fan reach to over 70,000 likers with the Disney partnership helping to engage existing and potential customers.
Gary Desmond,CEO Gala commented: "It’s fantastic for us at Gala to work with Disney for the launch of Planes 2: Fire & Rescue.
