Iceland Announces The Opening Of A Second Store In Wexford

Iceland has set the opening of a second store in Units 3-7B Redmond Square, Wexford on 4 December, following Gorey which opened in August 2017.

This new store spans 7,890 sq. ft and brings 25 new jobs to Wexford in time for the Christmas season, with hundreds of festive frozen and fresh goods available and Iceland’s Turkey Give-Away.

Customers who spend €100 or more from December 1st are reportedly receiving a free 5kg turkey.

“Our Christmas range has just arrived and our new customers will be spoilt for choice – from our famous party platters and award-winning mince pies to our Christmas tree flavour crisps, all of which are palm-oil free,” said Ron Metcalfe, managing director of Iceland Ireland.

“The Wexford team and I are excited to welcome shoppers on Tuesday and showcase the extensive range of Irish and International produce on offer”, added Kate Szkaradek, Iceland Wexford Store manager.
