In celebration of World Pasta Day (25 October 2016), Dublin-based food start-up Leaves has launched its new 300g range.
Leaves founder Sabine Hobbel says: "I remember at last World Pasta Day, we had just launched our product in a select number of stores. Right now we are nationwide with SuperValu and we have just launched two new larger sizes in SuperValu. There is significant interest from Italy, the UK and the Netherlands. It's exciting, business is going very well."
Leaves PastaMagic is a special high-quality pasta made with buckwheat and chickpeas. It has more protein, less carbs and a lower GI than regular pasta.
