Maxol has announced an initiative to donate 10 cent to its charity partner Aware from each cup of coffee and tea sold from Friday 29 July until Sunday 31 July.
Aware, and Aware NI in Northern Ireland, works to promote positive mental health in communities nationwide. It also helps support the important issue of youth mental health through its 'Beat the Blues' schools programme for teenagers aged 15-18.
Fergal Harrington, Group Brand Development Manager, the Maxol Group said, "The work that Aware do is admirable, and at Maxol we are proud to partner with a charity that creates a positive impact locally and nationally. We’re delighted to be supporting our charity partner this weekend and believe our customers will respond generously to the donation."
Gerry O’Brien, Head of Fundraising and Business Development with Aware said, "We work hard to connect with local communities across Ireland, and the Maxol network with its many staff and customers, is a great way to do this. We hope people will support the campaign this weekend while they are hopefully enjoying the bank holiday downtime."
