Maxol in Sandyford has raised funds of over €3,000 for Make-A-Wish in one day, as part of the company’s annual Today’s Local Champion’ (TLC) Awards.
The TLC awards aim to encourage and reward excellence in retail standards and customer service in Maxol outlets.
This year’s structure required Maxol retailers to come up with a plan to hold an event to raise money for the company’s charity partner, Make-A-Wish.
The fundraiser at Maxol in Sandyford included a bake sale, alongside forecourt activities like oil checks for commuters.
