Tesco Ireland has opened its 177th Irish store at Newmarket Yards, in Dublin 8, creating 13 jobs for the area.

The store will offer customers a modern retail experience and a wide selection of quality fresh local and Irish produce.

The store is located in the Newmarket Yards development, just off Cork Street, near the Liberties.

Local suppliers Mannings Bakery and Granby Ltd, famous for its Irish meats, are just two of the local producers that will feature on the shelves in the new store.

The store also has several energy-saving measures, including fridge doors, which will help reduce energy consumption.
