Topaz has officially opened its new City Avenue service station at the Citywest Business Campus in Co. Dublin.
The overall investment in the City Avenue station totals €3 million, and also comes at a time when Topaz has invested heavily in its staff, having spent half a million in team training and development in the last 18 months alone.
City Avenue features the fuel retailer's Re.Store concept, offering a wide range of healthy forecourt food options, and quality coffee.
Making its Dublin debut at Topaz City Avenue, is Mexican food experience Cantina, which has a vibrant menu boasting some of Mexico’s favourite foods.
Speaking at the launch Niall Anderton, Topaz Managing Director said, "Today is a very significant day for Topaz with the addition of 28 new team members to our 2,000 strong staff across Ireland. It also signifies our continued intent to lead the Irish forecourt industry not only in terms of investment but also our offering."
He added that, "I’d like to extend my thanks to all involved in developing the City Avenue site and wish our staff and store manager all the best as they welcome our new customers to the site this week."
A similar site to City Avenue, representing another investment of €3 million, is also planned for Ballysimon, Co. Limerick.
