Dunnes Stores Regains Top Market Share Position In Ireland – Kantar

Dunnes Stores holds the greatest market share of Irish supermarkets as back-to-school figures are revealed, according to Kantar.

Tesco Ireland has overtaken Dunnes Stores as the leading supermarket based on market share, according to Kantar.

Grocery inflation has increased slightly for the first time in 15 months as Dunnes Stores and Tesco lead the market, Kantar reported today.

Inflation stands at 2.5% in the 12 weeks to 9 June 2024, 13 percentage points below its position in June 2023, Kantar reported today.

Dunnes Stores holds the market lead and Tesco claims strongest trip frequency as grocery inflation falls, according to Kantar.
