Public Health Bill Moves Closer To Banning The Sale of Tobacco Products To Under-21s

Select Committee on Health has passed the third stage of a bill which will ban the sale of tobacco products to under 21s closer to law.

The sale of nicotine-inhaling products at events aimed at children is to be banned, carrying a €2,000 on-the-spot fine if ignored.
