Just Eat And Leinster Rugby Announce New Partnership

Ahead of a recent exciting clash against Dragons, Just Eat and Leinster Rugby came together to announce details of a new partnership that  will see Ireland’s food delivery platform become the Official Food Delivery Partner of the team.

Joining a strong line out of healthy takeaway options now available on Just Eat, players Adam Byrne, Jack Conan and Tadhg Furlong were at the RDS in Dublin recently to launch the partnership for the 2021/22 season.

Eamon de Búrca, sponsorship manager at Leinster Rugby, said, “We’re always looking at innovative ways of enhancing our supporter experience in stadia but also at home.

“Our partnership with Just Eat allows us to do just that and promises real value across those important match day and mealtime occasions that our supporters enjoy."

Just Eat and Leinster Rugby said that they are planning a series of innovative collaborations over the coming months, which will include a host of exclusive discounts and special offers throughout the season.

Commenting on the announcement, Amanda-Roche Kelly, managing director, Just Eat Ireland, said, This partnership with Leinster Rugby is the perfect match for Just Eat."

“As market leaders and now the Official Food Delivery Partner of Leinster Rugby, we’re providing sports fans with an easy way to order and enjoy their favourite dish from their local restaurant, as they watch their Leinster heroes compete at the highest level of the game," she said.

“After an exciting opening victory, the 2021/ 2022 season is off to a great start, so we’re delighted to be adding value to the experience for Leinster supporters with a host of wholesome healthy match day and mealtime options delivered straight to their door, with thanks to our diverse and expanding range of over 3,300 restaurant partners like Chopped, Saba To Go and LEON,” Roche Kelly added.
