Bord Bia has launched the Food & Drink Industry Awards 2013. The award categories are to include export development, branding, innovation, entrepreneurship and sustainability.
The winners will be announced at Bord Bia’s End of Year Brand Forum event in the Royal Hospital Kilmainham, Dublin, on Thursday, 14th November and the closing date for entries is Wednesday, 4th September.
The Awards are open to all food and drink products that are manufactured in Ireland, using raw materials from Ireland where available / possible. Companies that enter must be in business for a minimum of two fiscal years.
The Awards are held every two years and are in collaboration with The Irish Times. RTE presenter Keelin Shanley will MC at the event.
