The first set of speakers have been confirmed for the 'Spotlight Stage' at this year's Food & Hospitality Expo, taking place from the 18-19 September 2013 at the RDS, Dublin.
Paula Donoghue, Insight & Brand Manager at Bord Bia, Ruairi Doyle, General Manager at GrabOne Ireland and Sheila Buckley, Head of eTail Excellence Ireland will take to the stage over the course of the event to discuss imperative topics in food, retail and hospitality today. More speakers are set to be announced in due course.
Organised by food and drink specialists Fresh Montgomery - the company behind IFE, Hotelympia and The Hospitality Show – Food & Hospitality Ireland has been created following the acquisition of the SHOP trade event.
New features set to be introduced this year include the Irish Quality Food and Drink Awards, taking place on 18 September, while additional attractions include the popular Chef's Table and Craft Butchers of Ireland Awards events. "We are focused on delivering an event that really exceeds expectations," said Tim Graham, General Manager, Food & Hospitality Ireland.
