Kellogg’s have launched their 2013 IRFU partnership campaign with the announcement that they are to sponsor Rob Kearney’s Lions Tour diary, which is to appear in the Irish Independent and on independent.ie. Kellogg’s campaign also features a month long partnership with JOE.ie during the course of the Lions tour.
Rugby fans will be given the chance to share their words of support with the Irish players and be in with a chance of winning a rugby breakfast and live screening of the second test match on Saturday 29 June.
Kellogg’s rugby ambassador, Rob Kearney said: "As a member of the Lions touring party I am looking forward to a great summer tour. I am delighted to continue my relationship with Kellogg’s who continue to support Irish rugby. I’ll be keeping fans up to date on the Lions tour through the Kellogg’s partnership with the Irish Independent and Independent.ie, by providing my insights from the tour- both on and off the pitch.”
Commenting on the partnership, Claire McFerran, Marketing Director, Kellogg’s said: “Kellogg’s partnership with the IRFU is part of Kellogg’s commitment to physical activity and sport in the community. As the official Cereal and Snack provider to the Irish rugby team, Kellogg’s has witnessed the sport go from strength to strength and we are delighted that our rugby ambassador Rob Kearney will be joining us to bring Irish Rugby fans the most up-to-date rugby coverage during the Lions tour, through a variety of routes.”
