Moy Park has secured a deal with Tesco to launch three new Moy Park branded ‘ready-to-cook’ products in 100 Tesco stores across Ireland.
The range includes Moy Park Chicken & Bacon breast fillets, Moy Park Pesto Chicken breast fillets and Garlic and Herb chicken breast fillets. It was developed to meet demand for 'healthy food that is quick to cook', according to a company spokesperson.
“As the largest producer under the Bord Bia Quality Assurance Scheme we are always looking at ways to adapt and grow in line with consumer trends and across Ireland there is a strong preference for locally sourced food,” said Paul Burch, Moy Park Director of Sales.
"We are delighted to take on this new business with Tesco, which is a seal of approval for the quality and taste of our products but also further strengthens our partnership with Tesco.”
