The Dublin Food Chain event takes place on Thursday 29th January to introduce over 35 Dublin food producers to 50 trade buyers. The event was organised in response to the rapidly growing numbers of new producers in need of an introduction to new trade buyers.
The Dublin Food Chain is facilitated through a partnership between the four Dublin Local Enterprise Offices, Bord Bia and The Irish Exporters Association. This event is led by Dublin City Local Enterprise Office and will be hosted at DIT Aungier Street.
Dublin Food Chain network manager, James Burke said, “The growth in new artisan food production in Dublin city and county is unprecedented and Dublin is now one of the fastest growing food regions in Ireland.”
The expectation is that over €1 million worth of new business will be generated at the event.
